Privacy policy.

We collect as little as possible, and we tell you exactly what we do with it. Last updated July 24, 2026.

01.Who we are

Experity Infotech ("we", "us") is a web engineering and AI automation studio. This policy covers the website at experityai.com. For anything privacy-related, write to hello@experityai.com.

02.What we collect

The only personal information we collect is what you choose to send us:

  • Contact form — your name, email address, company name (optional), project type, and the message you write.
  • Email — anything you include when you email us directly.

We also use Vercel Web Analytics, a cookieless, privacy-friendly service that gives us aggregate page-view counts. It does not track you across sites or store identifiers on your device. This site does not use accounts, payments, or advertising trackers, and we do not buy data about you from anyone.

03.How we use it

We use your information solely to:

  • Reply to your inquiry and scope potential work together.
  • Keep a record of our correspondence if we enter a business relationship.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. We will not add you to a mailing list you didn't ask for.

04.Where it lives

Contact form submissions are relayed to our inbox by FormSubmit, a form-to-email service that processes your submission solely to deliver it to us. From there, your information is stored with our email provider and on the devices we use to work. We keep correspondence only as long as it is useful for the purpose you sent it — if you'd like it deleted sooner, just ask.

05.Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR in the EU and UK, or the CCPA in California), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@experityai.com and we will respond within 30 days. We do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA.

06.Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal information — for example, if we add analytics or a newsletter — we will update this page and revise the date at the top before the change takes effect.
